Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
The Fremont Festival of the Arts is the largest free street festival on the West coast, with nearly 400,000 visitors over the two day festival weekend. The Fremont Chamber of Commerce produces the Fremont Festival of the Arts, but we rely on our volunteers and vendors to create a safe and successful festival.
Our needs: Please look at each RFP for more details
- Wine Garden catering
- Festival staff camp/polo shirts (embroidered)
- Glassware: Beer mug/wine glass, with festival logo imprint
- Portable toilet service/hand wash stations
- Two-way radio rental
- Security
- Sponsor T Shirts (silkscreened)
- Beer/Wine Logistics
- Rental Equipment (generators, power cords, forklifts, hand carts, 24 foot trucks, 16 foot truck)
- Golf Carts, electric, with headlights

All proposals will be evaluated on satisfaction of our product needs, product quality, competitive pricing, payment terms, and value-added service. Proposals from Fremont Chamber of Commerce members will always receive first consideration.
